Competition Farm, situated in the idyllic surroundings of Southwest Ranches, Florida, stands as the epitome of equestrian excellence. Our cutting-edge facility warmly welcomes riders from all walks of life, spanning from the very first time rider taking their initial strides in the saddle to elite Grand Prix competitors who have reached the zenith of their equestrian journey. With pride, we participate in both local and nationwide A-rated circuit competitions.

At Competition Farm, our unwavering dedication lies in crafting bespoke training programs that harmonize seamlessly with each rider's distinct goals and aspirations. As a closely-knit, family-owned and operated establishment, we extend our warm hospitality to equestrians of all ages and proficiency levels.
Our facility serves as a sanctuary for both young equestrians and adult riders, offering specialized programs to accommodate the ambitions of committed competitors and those looking to acquire a solid foundation in horsemanship and riding. Our facility, located in Southwest Ranches right off of Griffin Road, is home to over 20 horses and a plethora of riders of all ages and experience levels. Our services include boarding, training, and leasing in addition to our extensive riding program.
Our establishment plays host to an array of equestrian experiences, including weekly lessons, the highly anticipated Saturday Riding Academy, and a dynamic summer riding program, all open to young riders starting from the age of seven and up. Our commitment to nurturing young talent is exemplified by the many students under our guidance who not only excel in local competitions but also shine on the national stage within the Hunter-Jumper circuit.
As part of our comprehensive approach, we are dedicated to aiding our riders in their pursuit of collegiate equestrian recognition, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each individual. The backbone of our operation consists of a seasoned team, including multiple experienced staff members and two dedicated full-time trainers.

ERICA LYNN ROBSON
Head Trainer
Erica Lynn Robson, the talented daughter of Marianne Pack, represents the vibrant next generation of Competition Farm. Her equestrian journey is steeped in remarkable accomplishments and a deep-rooted love for the sport, a legacy she continues to carry forward as an integral part of our esteemed establishment.

Erica's journey began with a highly successful career as a junior and amateur rider on the A circuit. Her tenure in the equestrian world included competing with distinction in the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings under the expert tutelage of renowned trainers Alex and Maggie Jayne. Her dedication to the sport and the rigorous training she underwent laid the foundation for her future as a professional within the equestrian community.

Today, as a consummate professional, Erica has seamlessly transitioned into the role of mentor and guide for aspiring riders and their equine partners. Her students have achieved remarkable success, reflecting her passion for nurturing equestrian talent and her dedication to the development of riders at all levels.

Among the numerous accolades her students have garnered are notable achievements, such as clinching the title of the 2011 WEF Circuit Champion in the Low Children's Jumper category and earning recognition as the 2011 Zone 4 Reserve Champion in the Low Children's Jumper division. Furthermore, in 2012, her students celebrated another significant milestone by securing the prestigious title of WEF Reserve Champion in the Low Adult Jumper class.

Founder
Marianne Pack, the visionary founder of Competition Farm, has presided over the entire spectrum of our equestrian haven for an impressive three decades. Her enduring commitment to excellence extends to every facet of our facility, from the meticulously curated programs to the comprehensive training regimens and year-round lessons that cater to riders of all levels.

LAUREN ROSENBLATT
Riding Instructor
Embarking on a journey within the equestrian world from a young age, Lauren Rosenblatt has woven herself into the fabric of the equestrian community, cultivating a profound connection with horses that extends far beyond the reins. With several years of hands-on experience working with these magnificent creatures and imparting her knowledge through riding lessons, Lauren has become a revered figure in the equestrian sphere.

Lauren's passion for horses transcends personal fulfillment; it blossoms into a shared experience as she imparts her love and understanding of these majestic animals to others through her teaching. Her commitment to education extends beyond the saddle, and she finds true joy in witnessing the transformative journeys of both adults and children under her guidance. LAURA MYERS
Riding Instructor
From her early years, Laura Bachmann developed a deep connection with horses, a fascination that eventually led her parents to yield to her persistent pleas to start riding at the age of 6. Ever since that pivotal moment, Laura has immersed herself in a lifelong journey of expanding her horsemanship skills and imparting her profound love for these majestic animals.
​
Laura's equestrian pursuits have been diverse, encompassing various disciplines ranging from exhilarating barrel racing and working cattle to the finesse of hunter/jumpers. Her involvement spans a broad spectrum, from local horse shows and active participation in organizations like 4H and FFA to the prestigious A-Rated circuit. Whether in the saddle, competing in the arena, or coaching both horses and young riders, Laura has accumulated a wealth of experience.

For Laura, the true essence of joy lies in sharing her passion with children and instilling the foundational principles of riding and horsemanship. Taking a brief hiatus from instructional roles to pursue her education and thrive in the corporate world, Laura has recently returned to her roots, resuming her role as a dedicated instructor and rider.
​
Not content with merely returning to teaching, Laura has taken her commitment a step further by crafting a captivating children's book series titled "HORSE RIDING: 101." Through this literary endeavor, she aspires to kindle the same spark of fascination for horses in young hearts that has fueled her own lifelong journey. Laura's renewed dedication to sharing her love for horses stands as an inspiring testament to her unwavering passion and commitment.
