We are a state-of-the-art facility located in Southwest Ranches, Florida. We have riders of every level who compete locally and in A-circuit competitions and we match our training to meet your needs! We are a family owned and operated facility with riders of every age and level.
Competition Farm is the perfect equestrian facility for both young and adult riders of any level. We offer programs for the serious equestrian competitors and those just looking to learn the basics of horsemanship and riding. Our facility, located in Southwest Ranches right off of Griffin Road, is home to over 20 horses and a plethora of riders of all ages and experience levels. Our services include boarding, training, and leasing in addition to our extensive riding program. Home to both weekly lessons, Saturday riding academy, and a summer riding program, we welcome children ages seven and up. Many of our students compete on both the local and national levels in the Hunter-Jumper circuit. We also provide help in attaining collegiate equestrian status and look to service our riders to fit their needs. We have many experienced staff members and two full-time trainers. Our barn has been owned and operated by the Garcia mother-daughter duo for over 25 years where we have built a family environment for all of our customers.
Marianne Pack oversees the entire facility, including all programs, training and year-round lessons. Competition Farm is truly her passion and her dedication to ensuring the quality of our facility, staff and horses is immeasurable.
Erica Lynn Garcia
Erica Lynn Garcia, Marianne’s daughter, is the next generation of Competition Farm. Erica had a very successful career as a junior and amateur on the A circuit showing in the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings, riding with Alex and Maggie Jayne.
Now, as a professional, she has fostered many successful riders and horses herself. Her students have succeeded as:
- 2011 WEF Circuit Champion in the Low Children’s Jumper
- 2011 Zone 4 Reserve Champion in the Low Children’s Jumper
- 2012 WEF Reserve Champion in the Low Adult Jumper
... as well as attaining top ribbons at many more upper-level horse shows across the country.
We will post photos and bios of our students very soon!
